Allison Transmission Appoints David S. Graziosi Chief Financial Officer

Speedway, IN - Allison Transmission, a market leading global designer and manufacturer of automatic transmissions and hybrid propulsion systems for medium- and heavy-duty commercial trucks, buses, off-road equipment and military vehicles, today announced that David S. Graziosi has been appointed Chief Financial Officer.  Mr. Graziosi, who succeeds interim-CFO John L. Hazen, will begin his duties later this month.

“David has an excellent financial and operational background and a proven track record as a CFO,” said Lawrence E. Dewey, Chief Executive Officer of Allison Transmission. “He possesses the leadership skills, the vision and the expertise to manage our Finance function, and together with the rest of our leadership team, will help guide our company successfully through the next phase of our growth and development.”

Mr. Graziosi most recently served as Executive Vice President and CFO at Covalence Specialty Materials Corp., a global manufacturer and supplier of plastics, adhesives and packaging products. Prior to that, he held the same position at Resolution Performance Products LLC, a global manufacturer and supplier of epoxy resin and related products for industrial applications. Before joining RPP, Mr. Graziosi spent ten years at several global operating companies where he held numerous financial leadership roles, and six years in public accounting.
