Television’s Largest Cost-Per-Action Advertising Network
Recruits Global Media Industry Veteran

New York – REVShare, a TV advertising network that brings the accountability of Internet advertising to television, announced the appointment of Brendan Condon, a 25-year global media industry veteran who joins the company as Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

“We are very excited to have someone with Brendan’s caliber of experience join our executive team. He is a recognized media industry executive who has a deep track record of successfully expanding media businesses,” said Joseph Gray, Chairman and Founder or REVShare. “Brendan will play a critical role in the future growth and expansion of REVShare as we continue to develop the technology, infrastructure and framework to optimize performance-based TV advertising.”

Condon joins REVShare from Time Warner, where he specialized in monetizing digital and print media opportunities, strategic acquisitions and commercial partnerships. He served in a variety of capacities over the last 20 years, most recently as Senior Vice President of Global Emerging Markets, where he oversaw the advertising businesses for AOL’s global Mobile, SEM, Affiliate and APAC (Asia-Pacific advertising region). Prior to that, he served as Managing Director of AOL’s Platform-A International advertising division, based in London, leading a division of over 500 employees across 10 European countries and Japan.

“With the rise of online advertising’s proven effectiveness, marketers now demand similar models of accountability and efficiency across traditional media. We’re all well aware that TV is losing market share to online advertising,” said Condon. “One of my primary missions as CEO will be to bring to the forefront how a scalable, performance-based model for TV advertising that REVShare provides, can give media companies and marketers the same kind of accountability, effectiveness and optimization as Internet advertising.”

REVShare has a unique combination of people, experiences, procedures and technological resources to manage the entire process of performance-based ad campaigns. It has a collective network of more than 1,700 stations, which in aggregate, can act as one media network. It optimally distributes TV commercials across its network and provides insights on consumer response and engagement.

With REVShare, advertisers only pay for results. This allows marketers to extend their brands’ cost more effectively, reach a much wider audience with their message and significantly grow their sales volume. For national and local TV stations and Cable companies, they receive the benefit of being part of an extensive network that enables them to offer true accountability to advertisers, as well as a way to increase their revenue, maximize value on available inventory.

Condon graduated from Columbia University with an MBA in Finance and from St. Johns University with a B.S. in Mathematics.
