Patrick Jacobs

Patrick Jacobs is a Managing Director on the Global Legal Investments team based in New York and works on investments across the Global Private Equity and Global Credit segments of Carlyle.  

Prior to joining Carlyle, Patrick was a corporate partner at Kirkland & Ellis LLP, representing private equity funds and public and private companies in acquisitions, divestitures, investments, joint ventures and other strategic transactions.  

Patrick received a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law and a B.A. from New York University.
