AJ Jangalapalli

AJ Jangalapalli is a Principal focused on U.S. Buyout & Growth opportunities across the Enterprise Software and Tech-Enabled Services sectors.

Prior to joining Carlyle, AJ was a Principal at Thoma Bravo where he invested in and served on the boards of Continuum Managed Services (acquired by Connectwise), Riskonnect (acquired by TA Associates), MeridianLink (NYSE:MLNK), Pathwire (acquired by Sinch (STO:SINCH)), Syntellis Performance Solutions (acquired by Roper (Nasdaq:ROP)), Zipari, and Greenphire. He previously spent time as a software investor at JMI Equity where he was actively involved with investments in Studer Group (acquired by Huron Consulting), Vocus (Nasdaq:VOCS), and Catapult Learning.

AJ received his MBA with Honors from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a BA, magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa, from Dartmouth College.
