Stefano Parisi is a Director within the Global Portfolio Solutions department, where he leads the revenue capability practice across the European funds’ portfolios.
He joined Carlyle in February 2023 and brings more than 17 years of professional experience, predominantly in sales and revenue leadership roles with private equity owned companies. Prior to joining Carlyle, Mr. Parisi worked as a Global Account & Sales Excellence Director at Fedrigoni, a Bain Capital portfolio company, responsible for global accounts, business development and salesforce excellence in multiple countries. Also, he worked as a Business Owner, Sales Excellence and Business Planner at TeamSystem, a Hellman & Friedman portfolio company, responsible for sales strategy, business planning, and post-merger integration. Additionally, Mr. Parisi worked as a Sales Execution Director at Ideal Standard International, a Bain Capital portfolio company, responsible for sales strategies. Prior to that, he worked as a Consultant at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants.
Mr. Parisi holds a Master Degree in Economics, Statistics and Social Studies from Bocconi University (Milan, Italy).
