Carlyle to launch new Global Private Markets strategy to expand offering in Global Wealth Channel
London, UK – 24 June, 2024 – Global investment firm Carlyle (NASDAQ: CG) today announced the launch of a new evergreen private equity strategy, Carlyle AlpInvest Private Markets SICAV ("CAPM SICAV" or the "Fund"), offering investors worldwide – except the US – access to a global portfolio of private markets investments by leveraging Carlyle's Global Investment Solutions business, AlpInvest.
With $425 billion in assets under management, Carlyle and AlpInvest help investors meet their objectives by providing access to a range of opportunities across private markets.
CAPM SICAV aims to provide immediate, diversified, and continuous access to global private equity buyout markets by strategically allocating primarily across AlpInvest’s Secondary and Co-Investment fund opportunities, as well as offering exposure to Primary fund investments.
