Dallas, TX – Comark Building Systems, a leading manufacturer of custom commercial modular buildings, today announced the appointments of Lou Dollive as chief executive officer and Traci Neptune as chief financial officer. Dollive and Neptune will lead the Comark management team as the company continues a revitalization of its operations to become a more efficient player in the modular building industry.

“Lou and Traci bring decades of diverse business experience to Comark to help lead the company as we continue towards our goal of providing the best customer experience coupled with the highest quality product,” said Brian Hayhurst, member of Comark’s board of directors. “We are delighted that they have joined our team and welcome them to Comark.”

Prior to joining Comark, Dollive was president and general manager of the Aerospace Communications Division for ITT Industries, a high-technology engineering and manufacturing company. In this position, Dollive was responsible for engineering development, business development, manufacturing, finance, contracts and human resources for over 2,000 employees globally. This position capped a more than 25 year career with ITT Industries, where Dollive worked his way up to president and general manager from systems engineering department manager and won numerous awards including the Harold S. Green Award, the top corporate award given by the ITT CEO.

“I am excited to join Comark Building Systems at such a pivotal time for the company, and believe my past experience and dedication to the customer will ensure the company continues its strong reputation within the industry and customer segments,” said Dollive.

Neptune joins Comark from Hexion Chemicals where she served as vice president of finance for the coatings and ink divisions. She brings extensive experience in strategic decision-making to address competition, industry trends, government regulations and capacity utilization. Over her 16-year career, Neptune has demonstrated leadership in financial management of complex, global organizations including a variety of senior level positions within Hexion and Honeywell International.

“Joining Comark is a great opportunity to leverage my years of financial experience to help better position Comark to be the industry leader in modular buildings. I am pleased to be working with Lou and the Comark team,” said Neptune.

Both Dollive and Neptune assumed their positions at the company in early July, and will be based in Comark’s headquarters in Dallas.
